Experience includes real estate service on local and state levels. Having gone to college here and living here ever since she knows the people and the property and can guide you and give you suggestions. We called our local college and asked for some really good student to design our web page and they said, "Oh you want Curtis Wimer!" He wasn't even a student there but they knew about him. Best of all, Curtis has experience as a Realtor so he knows just what we need to do. We really think he's a web genius. What she really does is run all over our county (968 square miles) and several adjoining ones putting our colorful real estate signs in front of our lovely properties and hanging keysafes on the doors. Then she runs back to them and puts "Sold" signs or "Too Late" signs on them.
